Conduit of Change
Conduit of Change was established by a group of parents who were deeply concerned about the future of the young ones (Children and teens). We realized the inadequate service to help fascinate the children learning and prepare them for a better future. Fast forward to the available programs; we understand that majority of the average family couldn’t afford the cost in combination with a mortgage and other expenses. And we’re much more stimulus and aware of how higher the thirst of every family is to have a better future for their children.
The thirst ends now… The Conduit of Change is here to stay and fully ready to assist and support families by facilitating various programs that constitute a significant help in unearthing the potential of every child and teen. At COC, we believe that children are the future of tomorrow and deserve the best support and development for a brighter future. From encouraging reading, imbibing worthwhile character in them and helping them to discover their purpose and career path to assisting in their weak subjects. We hear We care, We understand.

OUR VISION
To create an environment that is safe, comfortable, academically entertaining, which enhances the learning experience for our children. We also promote character development and encourage each child towards their future goals. Lastly, to create a program that families can afford without affecting the quality of life for their children.

To promote affordable programs that enhances the learning experience for our children. Such as COC Activity Center, Camp COC, COC Tutoring, and various academic based programs. These programs implement the core vision of Conduit Of Change.

OUR VALUES
- Founded in 2015 by Damion & Nneka Chambers to service local youth in need of our program
- Experienced in providing quality before and after school learning in all topics our youth are struggling in.
- Believe in feeding all participating youth with a snack
- All Child Care Professionals are: Level II screened , CPR/First Aid Certified, Participate in an annual in-service training
- Certified Teachers lead academics, homework assistance or tutoring for at least one hour daily
- Extensive experience serving children with special needs in small group and inclusionary settings
- Academic support that promotes student achievement. Proven to raise school grades and test scores
